Hardware Maintenance
Our highly qualified engineers (Cisco, Microsoft, Novell) are fully trained in all areas of hardware support and client care. We offer full hardware maintenance cover on a wide range of Fileservers, RAID Arrays, Desktops, Notebooks, Laser Printers, Dot Matrix Printers, Scanners, Monitors and all PC related Hardware and Peripherals. Please note we do not support Peer to Peer networks. 

Workstation Operating System Support
This is purely for workstation operating system failures. If a workstation crashes and Windows 98/ NT4/ 2000/ ME/ XP requires re-installation an engineer will re-load and re-configure on-site.

Support Agreements
We understand that the needs of each organisation are different. 

With this in mind we have configured three varying levels of Support. This allows you the freedom to choose which contract would be the best suited to your companies unique requirements.

Additional SDR days can be added at any point in the support agreement.
