COVID 19 Business Update
We are dedicated to keep our staff, supplier, clients and external shareholders safe as the COVID 19 situation develops. Our business has been split into two different working groups, one is to work from home and the other will continue working within our office in London. Our team is closely monitoring the situation and we are following the advice from the government.
Our staff have been advised to limit non essential travel, and for the time being we have stopped any external visitors to our office. Currently out business is operating as normal and all support requests are being deal with in the normal SLA times. All client site visits apart from the most essential ones have been postponed until further notice.
With regards to lead times on orders of physical items, our delivery partners are still operating as normal. However there are some slight delays with our couriers. This means that in some instances next day deliveries take an extra day to arrive. We have suspended our same day delivery service for the time being due to shortage of staff.
We are in regular https://www.glenerinpharmacy.com/buy-clomid-online/ talks with our manufacturers such as HP, Dell, Lenovo etc. about their operations in China as this is where most of the production factory’s for IT hardware are located. Whilst we have been assured that there are plans in place to minimize and disruption to the supply chain we do anticipate that there will be longer lead times associated with some stock and especially with items which are built to order.
Our IT support services are still continuing as normal, our staff have worked very hard to ensure that all of our support requests are dealt with a timely manor and that our clients are able to work efficiently from home.
